At Swobbee, we are committed to continuously maximising resource conservation through the use of recycled materials and the development of smart recycling concepts. We pursue similar goals for environmentally friendly materials in our packaging.
- Use of recycled materials and recycling: We strive to use recycled materials in our products and to develop innovative recycling concepts. This allows us to use resources more efficiently and minimise our ecological footprint.
- Optimising production processes: To save valuable resources such as water and minimise the use of hazardous substances, we review all work steps and production processes. Our aim is to optimise these processes and make them more efficient in order to achieve ecological and economic benefits.
- Establishing a circular economy: We aim to establish an effective circular economy that is ecologically and economically beneficial for everyone involved. Our goal is to create a closed loop that promotes the reuse and recycling of resources.

We are partners to our customers as well as to the companies that supply us. Together we work to manufacture more intelligently, optimise the value chain and keep products in the loop for as long as possible. Numerous projects and processes have already been initiated to consistently reduce energy requirements and improve resource efficiency for everyone involved. In doing so, we also keep a close eye on the implementation of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.
7Transparency and reporting
We communicate honestly and transparently with our customers, suppliers and employees. Clear and understandable information about our products, prices, policies and availability is at the heart of our interactions.
8Data protection and data security
Swobbee GmbH is committed to treating all personal data of customers, employees and partners with strict confidentiality. We use technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and integrity of data in accordance with data protection laws, and we expect the same of all our partners, customers and suppliers.

This CSR directive of Swobbee GmbH was adopted by the management and takes effect immediately. The directive applies to all suppliers and partners of Swobbee GmbH and is an integral part of our corporate principles and values.
The management of Swobbee GmbH bears primary responsibility for implementing and complying with this directive. It is the responsibility of every employee to understand the principles of this directive and take them into account in their actions.
This directive is reviewed regularly and updated where necessary to reflect changing legal requirements, best practices and social change. We are convinced that a sustainable, ethical supply chain makes an essential contribution to our business success and to the global community.
