Swobbee builds and runs battery storage in public spaces and offers standardized batteries for light electric vehicles. We want city transport to produce less carbon. Our starting point is charging for micromobility.

We are looking for a working student in IT administration (m/f/d) to support us in running our internal IT. You help make sure colleagues can work, you set up accounts and devices, and you contribute to improving our IT processes.
Your main responsibilities
- Support in running and administering our internal IT infrastructure
- Setting up and managing user accounts, access rights and workstations
- Preparing, setting up and handing over laptops, PCs and other IT hardware for new colleagues
- Helping colleagues with hardware and software problems in day-to-day work
- Installation, configuration and upkeep of hardware and software
- Managing and documenting our IT devices and licences
- Support in procuring and setting up new hardware and IT accessories
- Contributing to the administration of our Microsoft environment and Active Directory
- Automating recurring tasks and processes, for example with PowerShell or other scripts
- Support for on- and offboarding from the IT side
- Documentation of IT processes, systems and technical solutions
- Close cooperation with HR, engineering and other internal teams
- Support in continuously improving our internal IT and support processes
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable field
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments
- First experience with Active Directory or with user and rights management
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python or comparable scripting languages
- A good understanding of PC hardware, networks and common IT infrastructure
- An interest in IT administration, automation and how things fit together technically

In 2026 our focus is international expansion across Europe: we are opening new sites, running existing networks and developing our technology further, together with partners in several European countries. As part of our service team you make sure our stations run reliably across Europe and keep growing in number.
You travel across Europe and keep our Swobbee Stations running — from commissioning to maintenance. At the same time you are an important source of feedback for our product and engineering teams.
Your main responsibilities
- Assembly, installation and commissioning of Swobbee Stations in various European countries
- Maintenance, service and repair work on site
- Fault analysis and independent troubleshooting of technical problems
- Quality checks and functional tests on existing and newly installed stations
- Upholding our quality standards in the field (hardware and system integration)
- Documentation of all deployments and technical changes
- Close cooperation with internal teams (engineering, operations, product development)
- Training local partners and service providers on how to work with the stations
- Support in improving service and installation processes
- Acting as the contact for technical questions in other European countries
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, metalwork or comparable
- A working understanding of electrical systems, controls and technical equipment
- Very good English (the working language across Europe)
- German for internal communication
- Driving licence, class B
- Willingness to travel across Europe on a regular basis
Nice to have
- Experience in technical service, field service or assembly
- Experience with fault-finding and the maintenance of technical systems
- Further European languages, for example Spanish, French or Italian

You make sure our embedded systems work reliably and reach deployment. Working closely with engineering, production and service, you accompany new hardware and software solutions from integration through to commissioning, and so contribute substantially to the quality and further development of our products.
Your main responsibilities
- Integration and commissioning of embedded systems and electronic assemblies
- Functional, integration and quality testing on prototypes and series devices
- Analysis and correction of electrical and electronic faults, closely with engineering
- Support in introducing new hardware components and product generations
- Supporting production on technical questions, and improving assembly and test processes
- Taking measurements and documenting test results
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation, work instructions and test instructions
- Close cooperation with embedded development, production, service and quality management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes
- Commissioning, technical testing and occasional assignments at customers and partners, including abroad
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics development, production or system integration
- Good command of measuring and test equipment
- A basic understanding of embedded systems, controls and electronic assemblies

To strengthen our technical team we are looking for a System Integrator Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) who accompanies our electrical and electronic systems from design through integration and testing to commissioning. As the link between engineering, production and service you combine electrical design and circuit diagrams with hands-on work at our systems.
You make sure our electrical and electronic systems work reliably and reach deployment. Working closely with engineering, production and service, you accompany new components and system solutions from electrical design and integration through testing to commissioning.
Your main responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining circuit, wiring and schematic diagrams
- Design and dimensioning of electrical components and systems
- Selection and technical assessment of suitable electrical components
- Integration and commissioning of electrical and electronic assemblies
- Building and wiring prototypes and test setups
- Electrical measurements as well as functional and safety testing
- Developing and implementing suitable test concepts
- Systematic analysis and correction of electrical and electronic faults
- Ensuring the relevant electrical standards and safety requirements are met
- Technical support for production and service
- Improving assembly, wiring and test processes
- Writing technical documentation, parts lists, work instructions and test instructions
- Working with engineering and quality management on the further development of our products
- Commissioning and technical assignments at customers and partners, occasionally abroad
Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics
- Several years of practical experience in electrical engineering, plant construction, automation or system integration
- Good knowledge of creating and editing circuit and schematic diagrams
- Good knowledge of control, sensor and automation technology
- Practical experience in building, wiring, testing and commissioning electrical systems and assemblies
- Confident use of electrical measuring and test equipment, and knowledge of the relevant standards and safety requirements
- Good German and English
Nice to have
- Further qualification as Meister or Techniker
- Experience with electrical CAD/CAE systems, for example EPLAN or WSCAD
