Earlier deployments included stations in Athens, Lisbon, and Barcelona as part of pilot programmes with European operators.

Who We Have Built For

Voi
Three-year partnership. As announced on 11 July 2023: two stations in Hamburg’s Schanzenviertel, each holding 20 exchangeable batteries, after decentralised systems in Hanover, Nuremberg and Berlin.

Founded by Yamaha Motor. Swobbee supplies the swapping stations and the backend software for a subscription service for e-bike riders in Berlin and Amsterdam.

European Standards & Certifications
Station
The Swobbee Station meets DIN VDE 0100 for electrical equipment and the fire protection requirements of the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik.
Batteries
The batteries meet IEC standard EN 62133.
